And to think this idiot is supported by the main line Democrat party, such as Hillary Clinton. Yet we have Soros, a seemingly self-declared man "of the people," a Robin Hood or Zoro whose endgame is to achieve absolutely nothing but the defeat of Bush, claiming the following:

Bush ran for office as a compassionate conservative, advocating a humble foreign policy. Then came 9/11, and then came the Bush Doctrine.

Soros names the very thing that brought about such a change in Bush's foreign policy as if it had no relevance at all. Clearly Soros' view reflects that of many liberals who simply don't get 9/11 and wished it would just go away. How inconvenient that 3,000 died that day! It actually changed America's foreign policy. Soros is morally delinquent in the extreme.

Soros added, "I've spent the last 15 years of my life helping people use democracy. If there is one thing I know, it's that using military power to bring democracy can't work.

Unbelievably stupid. So I guess World War II did not bring about more democracy in the world. Fighting the Cold War, including America's disaster in Vietnam, was not worth it to secure the world against Soviet domination? And Kosovo? Did military operations finally get rid of Milosevic? Or was it peace talks?

"Well, I've put my money where my mouth is," Soros continued with a rare hint of animation, adding that now is the time to strike – now that the Bush administration, in economic terms, has "gone from boom to bust."

What are we to believe? The economy must be in a shambles. Unemployment is sky high. Inflation out of control. Interest rates in the stratosphere. And this guy is a business tycoon? My colleague has a few words about our miserable economy.

Will the Soros end of the Democrat party makes things sticky for Kerry? Stay tuned.
