Job Growth Explodes: What Was Kerry Saying?

John Kerry prevaricated when he said, “He's [Bush] also the only president in 72 years to lose jobs -- 1.6 million jobs lost.” Kerry was wrong then, and boy is he wrong now. The Department of Labor reported this morning that 337,000 new jobs were created in the U.S. in October. This puts the total of new jobs created under the Bush administration at over 2 million. |
